Happy Valentines Day

Happy Valentines Day Everyone. We had a great day filled with fun, friends and yummy food. Sorry these pictures are so blurry, my camera was running out of batteries. Cade had his first Valentines day party. He was so excited for his friends to come over and share this fun day. We had pizza and then decorated Valentines cupcakes. I guess I do not properly no how to decorate cupcakes because Jake informed me that I was supposed to have sprinkles. My thinking was giving sprinkles to 2, 3, 4 and 5 year olds would be a big mess. Next party I will have sprinkles just for Jake. Max and Austin had a great time playing blocks and giving each other big hugs. After the party we took the mutchkins to dinner at one of our favorite resturants Dragon Hill. It is a little chinese resterant in Syracuse and it is so good. Clint and I celebrated Valentines a week early and spent last Friday at Beaver Mountain snowboarding. It was so nice to spend a whole day alone just the two of us. We hadn't been snowbording for over 4 years so it was really fun. I guess that is a benifit of not nursing we could leave the kiddos for a whole day. Thanks Mom and Dad for watching them we had so much fun. When we were putting Cade to bed we asked him if he had a fun day and he said yes but my party is all gone. So I guess our fun is over and all gone but we now have Disneyland to look forward too, only 15 days hooray.

Geez Nikki, no sprinkes? What were you thinking? (Huh, I wonder where Jake gets his ideas).

Thanks for the party, and for the little countdown to Disneyland thing, and all your work planning the trip. Oh, yeah, and for finding Jake's Fantastic 4 guy, although you lucked out, he woke up from a dead sleep and wanted me to bring him over at 11:00 last night to get it. :)

It was a fun party! Neeley keeps asking for more "days" off of her chain but I won't let her cheat and open it up early! Can't wait for MICKEY land!

I would love to get together for a play date. Can you believe we are moms of 2 kids. It's crazy to me, but fun. Have your kids been hit with RSV or all the other crazy flu's going around? My side of the family all had the stomach flu. It's scary out there. Anyway, I'd love to get together.
P.S. Do you create your own blog background? It's always way cute!

Sounds like you had a FUN party! I agree that sprinkles would definitely of been messy--the kids would love them, but you would be left with the mess!
