How did my little boy get so big all of the sudden. Potty Trained, tumbling class and pre-school all in one week. I have to admit that I was sort of sad that he didn't even miss me while at school. Cade is still not three yet so a few of my friends from our ward decided to do a joy school. We will rotate having school at our house once a month. Luckily my neighbor was a kindergarten teacher for 8 years so she came up with the curriculum. When I went to drop off Cade he said, OK Mom just drop me off here and come and get me later." I asked him if I could take one picture and he said, "OK but just one." I didn't know that my soon to be three year old didn't want to be seen with his Mom. I played it very cool and gave him one quick hug. (I wouldn't want to embarrass him with a kiss.)

Cute! I thought kids grew up a LOT slower! Someone should have warned us that we only have three years before they're embarrassed to be seen with us! What's that all about? I don't think they should have the right to be embarrassed when they're still having accidents at preschool and the Cheesecake Factory! :) They still need us!
I totally remember going to joy school. That's fun you have some friends to do it with. I really like the wreath on your front door! Cute!
It is so sad yet so sweet to see our little ones grow up and want to be independent. Looks like he is in for some fun!
