Point to your teeth
Last week we took Austin and Cade for a visit to the dentist. Of course I forgot my camera so I don't have any pictures to show but I did want to recap the visit. It was at the dentist that my children's personalities really came out. Cade sat at the chair cooperated, smiled and did everything the dentist asked. He was so excited to sit in the chair and have all the attention on him. He loved every second. Austin on the other hand did everything in his power not to open his mouth and thought it was very funny to tease the dentist. I have to admit he is very funny. The dentist was showing him how it didn't hurt to have his teeth cleaned by using the cleaner on his finger. Then he asked Austin to show him where his teeth were. Austin has known his body parts for sometime but he quickly pointed to his finger. Then the dentist asked where his tongue was and he stuck his tongue through his smiling lips, careful not to show even a bit of his teeth. Then he began to laugh at the dentist. The worst part of the visit was when the dentist was only able to see 4 of Cade's permanent teeth. I guess it is looking like our little boy will be the only kid in junior high school with dentures. I may have to start a fund raiser now to pay for implants when he is a little bit older.

I just took my kids a couple of months ago and it was very entertaining. McKinley screamed non stop and yelled, "No, GO AWAY"....the joy that kids bring to our life.
