Friday morning we headed to Clint's Dad's house in Kanosh. We were spoiled with crab stuffed mushrooms, shrimp poppers and prime rib for dinner. The shrimp poppers may just be my favorite new appetizer. They are shrimp wrapped with bacon and a jalapeno and then you dip it in a cream cheese dip. After dinner the boys helped Grandpa make Christmas decorations and ate lots of chocolate chip cookies and then we headed to the hotel for some late night swimming. Early the next morning we went and chopped down our Christmas trees. Cade, Austin and Clint picked out a great tree for our house. While Kiptyn and I sat in the truck. Kiptyn didn't love the cold weather and I was happy to wait with him in the warm truck. We ended our day at Grandpa's with homemade hot chocolate and more cookies. We love visiting our Grandpa at the ranch and can't wait to go back.
