I Have to Have Sunshine

 This winter has been so long and cold that I couldn't wait a second longer to get out of the cold and into some warmer weather.  We have a trip to Disney World planned for May but two month seemed to long to be stuck in the cold.  So Friday morning we packed up the car and headed to Las Vegas.  There isn't anything better than decided to go on a vacation immediately.  I love it because it makes it so fun for the kids.  We decided to bring Jake along so the kids would have a playmate at the pool.  The weather was perfect for swimming and site seeing.  We stayed at the Stratosphere because they told us the pool was heated but it was pretty dang cold.  It was also kind of fun to stay there because we got free tickets to go up to the top of the tower.  We also learned that Cade is very afraid of heights he freeked out when we got up to the top.  It was so nice to go outside without a coat and walk around in shorts.  It was a fun little getaway.

Jersey ate lots of ice cream because of her stricked diet of butter and cream.

Only on vacation can you eat ice cream for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Note to self:  Don't let your kids get a picture with street people unless you have money they really don't like it when you take a picture and then not give them anything.



Touring the M&M factory is always fun where else can you get M&M's in ever color or for $15/lb.

Our usually shy kid knew exactly how he wanted his face painted.  He made a cute kitty.

Some day Austin will be normal when I ask him to take a picture.

Like I said if Jersey is awake she has to be eating.  She really liked Twizzlers.



Poor Jake got stuck between these crazy kids.  At one point they were all sound asleep laying on each others heads it was cute.  I am sure after he got home he was glad that he is an only kid.
