Kiptyn's Birthday Week

The summer months are kind of fun at our house because we have a birthday in May, June and July.  Kiptyn's  birthday is in June and he was pretty excited to have his birthday.  We started out the week with a big birthday dinner at our house.  We celebrated all of the June birthdays and said goodbye to Jen and Jeremy since they are moving to Arizona.  We are sad that they are moving but hope they will be happy in Arizona.  Then on his birthday we headed the lake with Clint's family.  On the way to the lake he fell asleep and woke up kind of grumpy.  He was so funny when he opened his present he just sat there and gave us all bad looks.  But by the end of the night he was back to normal and had fun going on boat rides, birthday walks with Grandma and Grandpa and playing in the sand.  Kiptyn is a fun little guy.  For his birthday he got a new bike and he loves that he can ride it with his big brothers.  He is my one kid that can entertain himself for hours.  He is excited to go to preschool next year and finally decided that he would go on the potty if he got to go to school.  He loves his little sister and will play her and keep her happy. I feel like they have a special bond and they will always love each other.  When Kiptyn was born I could feel her little spirit in the room and I knew we were going to have another baby.  Kiptyn wants to do everything his brothers do.  He wants to be just like them.  We sure love having him in our family.
I am not sure why Jersey was so unhappy but she perked up later

Kiptyn picked out angry bird cupcakes for his birthday treat.

Everybody loves Cheetos!

Cute boys eating their dinner.  We sure love our cousins
Kiptyn loves his Grandma and Grandpa every time we go to their house he wants to live there.

I love this picture have you ever seen a kid be so unhappy when you hand them a giant present.  I have this all on video and it is pretty funny to watch.

A few years ago we were asked to bring chips to a family dinner.  I sent Clint into the store to get chips and he brought one fun size bag for the entire family.  So it has kind of been a joke every time we have chips with his family.  This time I made sure we had lots of chips.
My kids could play in the sand for hours.

We were sad Hiram had to work we wish he would have been there.
Jersey had fun going on lots of walks up and down the beach.

We love boat rides!
