Proud To Be an American

I am so proud to be an American today. As I was watching the inauguration I couldn't help but be proud that I lived to see this piece of history. I remember asking my parents if they remembered the day JFK was assassinated. They always told me it was a day in history they would never forget. I know that some day when my children are learning about history they will ask me if I remembered the day that the first African American became president. I will be able to say it was a day I won't forget. Regardless of who we voted for our country can be proud that we meet together every four year in a peaceful transition of power. Hopefully our country can come together and be the same strong country we have been. I look forward to the new change and pray for our new leaders.

I'm a little late, but I love the video of Cade trying to tumble with a candy cane. How funny! It was fun to get to talk to you and see everyone again. We definately need to do that regularly.
