Memorial Day Weekend

I just realized that I missed blogging about Memorial day one of my favorite weekends of the year. This year it was a little different because I was 9 months pregnant, having contractions and waiting to pop. Literally I thought I was going to pop. I get to be one of those girls who gains an additional thirty pounds at the end of pregnancy due to water weight. My legs and feet get so swollen, because of this I had to stay home from the annual boat trip to Lake Meade. Clint took the boys with him so I got to have a little rest and relaxing before the baby came. While I was getting my hair done, a pedicure and some serious shopping done they were hanging out at this beautiful place.

One of the reasons we like Lake Meade so much is because you can find glassy water like this.

On Sunday we went and took flowers to my grandparents graves. It is sad to think that I don't have any grandparents that are alive. I miss them.

We spend Memorial Day at Lagoon with all of my family. It has always been one of my favorite traditions.

I hate pictures of me pregnant but my sister in law pulled some magic and made me not look as huge as I was. I was trying to put myself in labor by walking around Lagoon all day.
