Memorial Day is known as Lagoon day at our house. It is a fun tradition that started when my Mom was a little girl. We miss having our Grandma there for the fun. When I was little she would hang out with me while my older brothers and sisters went on the rides. When I was finally old enough to go I was really scared. My brothers put me on the white roller coaster and I screamed for my Grandma to save me the entire ride. I must have been loud because my Grandma heard me crying form the bench she was sitting on. Now this is one of my kids favorite days of the year.
