Christmas Eve Party #1

 For Christmas Eve lunch we went to my Mom's house to open presents and have a Turkey Dinner.  We had a yummy lunch and then it was Jeremy's turn to dress up as Santa this year.  While he got all suited up the kids played chimes and sang Christmas songs.  Then the kids all told Santa what they wanted and got a stocking full of stuff.  Then it was time to finally open presents the kids were so excited.  This year my Mom made all of the kids a fleece pillow that matched their PJ's.  My kids got Scooby Doo pajamas and a darling pillow with paw prints.  They love them! 

It takes my parents weeks to wrap all of those presents.

It is always interesting to see how babies will react to their first time seeing Santa.  Jersey loved Santa she just kept staring at him.

Kiptyn even liked Santa this year.

Jersey slept through opening presents.  This whole Christmas thing is exhausting.



After opening presents you would not believe how fast the kids get their pajamas on and start to play with their toys.  They always like to see which cousins got the same pajamas as them. 

For the rest of the afternoon the kids each put their Lego's together and played with their toys. While we ate ginger snaps, sugar cookies, fudge, butter mints and cherry chocolates.  What a fun afternoon we all loved it.
