Clint and I started a tradition last year where we go stay in Logan for a weekend. They have a killer hotel deal on the website getawaypackage.com. For $60 you can stay at a hotel, have dinner at any restaurant in Logan and breakfast. We ate at one of my favorite restaurants Hamiltons. If you are ever in Logan you have to try it. Clint had clam chowder, salmon with a balsamic vinegar sauce and cheese cake. I had cream of artichoke soup, chicken and creme brulee. It was the perfect Valentines meal. After dinner we went and saw Bedtime Stories with Adam Sandler we really liked it. By then Clint decided we needed ice cream so we went to a really fun Ice cream shop called Caspers. It is really great to be married to my husband because all he likes to do is eat treats. The only bad part is he stays skinny and I just keep getting fatter. I do have to say it was well worth it. We had a cookie sundae with cake batter and frosting ice cream, cookie dough topping, carmel and whip cream. (Since then I have spent 2 hours in the gym everyday, not doing strip tease classes.) The ice cream shop also has ice cream bars that you can dip in chocolate and then any of their toppings. Next year we are going to go early and snowboard at Beaver. I am so glad I got to spend Valentines with my hubby. We have been together 11 years now and each year just gets better!

Yum! Sounds fun. Hey, my friend is adopting thru heart 2 heart again. Birth mom is pregnant again and devastated about it. Isn't that crazy? The baby is 6 weeks old and she had a birth control shot at the hospital after giving birth. but it's going to be great in the long run. Crazy!
I need whatever it is I am seeing the picture of! NOW! I think you have convinced me that we need to go to Logan just to eat and eat again! Sounds fun!
