So We Are A Little Crazy

Clint has been really busy with work this summer.  I am so glad people are building houses again.  I am starting to feel a little less stressed about his career path.  One day he came home and said that his trusses weren't going to be ready for a few days so he had some days off.  I thought it would be a good idea to go and visit his Grandma who lives in a rest home in Salt Lake but the further south we drove I thought it would be an even better idea to go to St. George.  Clint kept making excuses for why we shouldn't go and I kept solving each problem so when he ran out of excuses he said alright lets go!  I called my Mom and Dad and asked if they wanted to come and she said when do you want to go.  I told her to get in the car right now so they could make it to see Hairspray at Tuachan. They got to St. George just in time to see the play.  While they went to the play we checked into the hotel and swam.  The next morning we thought it would be a good idea to go and hike the Narrows.  Clint and I went a few years ago and have always talked about taking the boys.  For some reason it didn't even enter my head that it might not be a good idea to take a newborn to Zions in the 100 degree weather.  She was a trooper and was pretty happy hiking the Narrows with her brothers.  The boys weren't so sure what we were doing was going to be fun but as soon as they jumped in the river they loved it.
It is a good thing we brought Grandma she found Jersey a little hat to keep the sun out her face.

There were hundreds of lizards so Kip went lizard hunting

Austin spotted a fat lizard hiding in the tree

You can't take your car in the park anymore because there are so many people so you ride a bus

The squirrels are very friendly in the park Ausitn was so excited when this squirrel would do everything he did.  If he sat down the squirrel would sit if he stood up it stood up.  Austin thought he had magic squirrel training abilities.

Taking a break from our hike in the shade

Finally we made it to the river the boys had a blast rock climbing and swimming

The kids had to do everything that their Dad did
